They are seeking a Financial Analyst Intern who will support the finance team by collecting and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in financial forecasting. Responsibilities: - Collect, organize and analyze financial data to deliver clear, actionable insights - Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders - Assist in building and maintaining financial forecasting models and tracking key performance indicators - Leverage AI tools — including Claude, Copilot and others — to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks and surface insights faster - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key internal stakeholders - Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Network with peers and professionals across the industry Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field - Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) is required - Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity for exploring data and uncovering trends - Demonstrated basic AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks such as reporting, data validation and analysis - Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills - Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and asking for clarification when needed - Adaptable and curious, with a willingness to adopt new tools and approaches - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - US work authorization (sponsorship is not available for this program) Preferred Qualifications: - SQL is preferred Required Skills: Financial analysis, Excel proficiency Important Skills: SQL, AI literacy Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication skills, Organizational skills, Relationship-building, Adaptability Benefits: Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision), Retirement planning (401(k)), Paid days off (sick leave, parental leave, flexible vacation/wellness days, and/or PTO)
