Job Summary

The Guest Services Team Leader reports to the Guest Services Manager and provides a very high level of guest service and satisfaction to our valued guests of the hotel.

The ideal candidate must:

Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a Junior Management position or similar capacity
Must possess minimum a Supervisory Management certification from a reputable Institution
Have experience in Sales/Guest Relation or Customer Service preferable in the hospitality industry
Be be able to prioritize Guests needs and offer exceptional Customer Service
Have excellent Time Management skills
Have outstanding Human Relations and Problem Solving Skills.
Possess excellent Leadership and Motivational Skills to manage a dynamic Team
Be able to communicate well at all levels
Have a high level of computer literacy and knowledge of Resort Data Processing (RDP) Software would be an asset
Innovative, creative and Hands on approach to Management. Must be able to “think on ones feet.”
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Be talented and creative inclusive of detailed wedding planning and attention to details and special requests
Have positive work ethics and attitude
Be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

The ability to speak a foreign language would be an asset
