Job Description
Summary: Cotality is a leading company in property intelligence, focusing on making the property industry faster and smarter. The intern will participate in a 10-week immersive program, working on real-world technology projects and collaborating with the R&D Innovation team to build a sophisticated data services ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our data specialists to understand and adapt the digital twin model
- Develop the experience with our designer and software team
- Integrate your project into our showroom platform
- Receives general supervision and guidance from more experienced team members
- Follows department processes, procedures and client requirements; may make recommendations and/or implement improvements/ solutions
- Participates in Internship Program activities and events to include: onboarding, educational activities, information sessions, product demos and social events
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program pursuing a related degree at an accredited 4-year college or university, or equivalent boot camp program
- Minimum three years of relevant coursework completed by time of internship or equivalent boot camp program work
- Preferred minimum 3.0 cumulative collegiate grade point average, on a 4.0 scale or the equivalent
- Prior internship or co-op experience preferred
- Participation in campus activities related to field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience through participation in on-campus activities, educational forums and/or prior work experience
- Global understanding of general software patterns (micro-services, user interface, API, synchronous and asynchronous coordination)
- Experience in one or several of the following languages: Java, Javascript, Typescript, Python
- Familiarity with one or several of the following platforms: Spring Boot, NestJS, Angular
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of processes, procedures and products of the immersive experience
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation; strong interpersonal abilities
- Solid analytical capability; ability to exercise sound judgment; strong decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail; high degree of quality orientation

- Optional knowledge on deployment: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Optional knowledge on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
