The ideal candidate will have daytime and evening availability, be a reliable food handler, and have a passion for the restaurant industry. Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in scheduling and inventory management Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Food Handlers Certification
• Daytime and evening availability, including weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
