Summary: CoStar Group is a global leader in commercial real estate information and analytics. They are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their team in Boston, MA, where the intern will conduct market research and assist in product development for risk management solutions. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify technological innovations and product development trends related to commercial real estate and residential mortgage loan lending and risk management process - Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate and document strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of related products - Assist in collecting and documenting requirements and feedback from stakeholders, including senior management team, client support team, sales team, and clients - Assist in translating business needs into workflows, technical requirements, and user stories - Contribute to user acceptance testing of new and enhanced features - Monitor product daily operations to identify and report bugs Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or other related fields is required graduating in May 2027 or December 2026 - Aptitude for technology and ability to communicate between the business and technical team Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in financial or analytic products used in related industries including banking, insurance, investment management, or accounting - Experience in commercial real estate, banking or fixed-income investment - Experience in SQL, Python, or .Net development languages - Experience in working with Database technologies - Knowledge of data analysis programming languages and visualization tools Required Skills: SQL, Python, Data analysis Important Skills: Commercial real estate, Financial products Nice-to-Have Skills: Market research, User acceptance testing Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
