Job Description
Summary: Corteva Agriscience is focused on building the future of agriculture through innovation and technology. They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to oversee order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products while providing excellent customer service and support to internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealers, sales, and cross‑functional partners
- Manage complex customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products
- Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions when issues arise
- Train and support dealers and field teams on SeedWare order and account management
- Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities
- Collaborate closely with CSS peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or related functions
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred
