Senior Account Manager, Pharmaceutical Client… at Corriculo · Reading

A Senior Account Manager opportunity has arisen with a well-established digital healthcare business sitting at the heart of pharmaceutical marketing and medical professional engagement. Are you someone with a pharma or biotech background who takes real pride in delivering outstanding client outcomes and campaign results?

The Role

The Senior Account Manager will take ownership of a focused set of pharmaceutical and biotech client relationships, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day liaison, campaign planning, and delivery coordination. Working alongside a senior sales lead, you will bring together internal teams to ensure every client receives a consistently excellent standard of service. You will gather and interpret campaign performance data, turning it into clear, meaningful insight for clients, and you will proactively spot opportunities to grow engagement across your portfolio.

The Company

This role sits within a respected, UK-based digital healthcare organisation that connects life sciences and pharmaceutical businesses with one of the largest communities of medical professionals in the country. The business offers a broad suite of digital products and platforms, helping clients reach and communicate with clinicians at meaningful scale. It forms part of a larger international group spanning healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences, which brings both stability and resource while preserving a close-knit, collaborative day-to-day environment.

What experience does the Senior Account Manager need?

• A strong background managing pharmaceutical or biotech clients, ideally through digital marketing solutions or campaigns tailored to this sector
• A proven record across client relationship management, covering regular close contact, issue resolution, and maintaining the health of multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Practical, hands-on experience planning, coordinating, and reporting on digital campaigns, including cross-functional collaboration with internal delivery or content teams to meet objectives and deadlines
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the confidence to work independently in a primarily home-based role, travelling occasionally to team meetings, client sites, or relevant exhibitions and conferences
