Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5pm

ROLE IMPACT

The Fiscal Analyst supports accurate and timely daily financial operations through invoice review, financial data tracking, and record maintenance. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organized financial records, and the ability to identify and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track invoices, expenses, and payment status.

Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation; compare invoice details with related financial records and research discrepancies.

Assist with invoice approval and payment workflows, including financial data entry and verification in spreadsheets and applicable systems.

Prepare financial summaries and reports while maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential financial records.

Communicate with staff and vendors to resolve invoice questions, obtain missing information, and follow established procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in accounting support, invoice processing, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or a related financial role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and spreadsheet management.

Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
