Customer Support Agent with German at CoreStar · Limassol

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Tbilisi, Georgia. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our international customers, using your fluent English skills along with one additional language: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, or Polish.

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Fluent in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, or Polish.
• 1+ year of commercial experience with Zendesk.
• Self-driven with a natural talent for customer support and sales.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage.
