SUMMARY
The role involves managing invoices, supporting daily accounting activities, and handling various administrative tasks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the booking, payment, and checking of incoming and outgoing invoices.
Support the accounting department with daily accounting activities.
Assistin processing financial transactions andmaintainingaccuraterecords.
Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholdersregardingfinancial and administrative matters.
Maintain organized financial and administrative records in compliance with company policies.
Assistin preparing financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, scheduling, and other office-related tasks.
Performadditionaladministrative duties as assigned.
Continuously update knowledge and skills within the field.
To always respect and protect company and client confidentiality.
Performadditionalduties as assigned,demonstratingadaptability and a commitment to operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in accounting and/or administration.
Very goodproficiencyin English (both written and spoken).
Experience with Oracle is an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Very goodproficiencyin English (both written and spoken).
Ability to perform basicmathematicalcalculations.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
High levelsof conscientiousness, honesty, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
High levelof discretion and confidentiality in handling financial and administrative matters.
Willingness toparticipatein training courses asrequired.
Strong knowledgeofMicrosoft Office applications.
