Summary: CoralTree Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Management Company seeking a Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves managing Accounts Payable responsibilities such as invoice processing, data entry, and month-end closing for multiple entities, along with special projects like general ledger reconciliation and audit responses. Responsibilities: - Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sources - GL coding and review - Data entry - Check printing/payment processing - Statement reconciliation - Reporting - Month-end closing processes - Special AP projects, including, but not limited to: Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties - Balance sheet reconciliation and research - AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity Required Qualifications: - High School Graduate - Accounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing - Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal - Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently - Able to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate - Proficient with 10 Key - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook - Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk Preferred Qualifications: - General Ledger experience - Oracle, HIA, and Craftable experience Required Skills: Accounts Payable processing, General Ledger experience Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Oracle Nice-to-Have Skills: 10 Key proficiency, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Fluency in English Benefits: Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits., Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement, An employee assistance program., Paid time off/sick time, Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match., Team member free room night program.
