Summary: CoorsTek, a leader in technical ceramics, is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to support the development and delivery of AI training across their corporate employee population. The role focuses on increasing AI literacy and practical adoption through scalable training programs and requires collaboration with stakeholders to create effective enablement materials. Responsibilities: - Supporting the design and delivery of live and recorded AI training sessions - Developing training content, guides, job aids, and documentation focused on Copilot and Citizen Development tools - Assisting with the creation of scalable enablement materials that can be reused and maintained after the internship - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and tailor training for different skill levels - Contributing to the development of an internal app, agent, or tool that supports AI learning or training delivery - Tracking feedback and helping improve training effectiveness and adoption Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program - Some hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or application development through coursework, projects, or prior internships required - Interest in and aptitude for AI enablement, digital tools, and emerging technologies - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about scalable learning solutions - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and strong documentation skills - Collaboration and teamwork skills, including the ability to work with diverse stakeholders - Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in building lasting enablement assets Preferred Qualifications: - Coursework or academic focus related to information systems, computer science, data, digital transformation, business technology, or a related field preferred - Practical experience building automations, apps, or agents is preferred but not required - Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and/or Citizen Development platforms such as Replit or Lovable is preferred Required Skills: Microsoft Copilot, Application development, Training content development
