The Performance Management and Improvement (PMI) team focuses on implementing business solutions and providing advanced analytical support to optimize health system operations. Responsibilities: - Partner with other members of the PMI team to work on a variety of analysis, platform, and modelling projects covering all facets of the healthcare delivery industry - Involved in the entire lifecycle of project delivery and work with business leaders to define the problems and communicate the outcomes Required Qualifications: - Highly proficient in advanced analytical tools (SQL /R /Python /C#) - Proficient in statistical techniques (Descriptive Statistics & Generalized Models) - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Passionate about using data to inform decision making and possess the curiosity to research and solve complex problems involving data and business analytics - Familiarity with .NET Framework - A quick learner who is willing to learn and work in a team in a fast-paced environment - Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or other closely related quantitative field with GPA of at least 3.4 Required Skills: SQL, R, Python, C#, Statistical Techniques, Descriptive Statistics, Generalized Models, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Analytics, .NET Framework, Curiosity Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement
