Works directly with the, Process Eng managers, Plant & Regional HSE, CI, QC, Launch regional & Plant leaders and Plant Managers to drive excellence on: Process Engineering
- Scrap Reduction
- VA/VE support (product and supply base)

- New launch Support
- Process ClauS deliverables preparation
- P-FMEA, Design reviews, 3P events
- Capex Management (Refurbish & Re-utilization, Capital Budget Management, Approval DOA
- Digitalization, Wat
Industrial Engineering / CI
- Plant Margin Road Map + VCM improvement
- Improve utilization of the plant assets ( Heat Maps)
- Layout optimization ( Execution of mfg footprint strategy)
- Cycle time optimization
- Lean activities, CI (Lean Savings, 6S)
- BOM & Routing Accuracy
Is instrumental to lead plant team to execute all plant tasks and deliverables for maintenance performance:

- Virtual Crib
- SAP Preventive Maintenance
- TPM Excellence
- OEE improvement & technical down time reduction
- Live line
Participate in Maintenance global committee. Ensures involvement and participation by those functions needing to assist with any relevant maintenance related issues or related plans. Utilizes the concepts of continuous improvement including Lean to drive maintenance excellence for NA Responsible for follow-up, prioritize and align resources on high risk- low performing Plants. Identify when coordination of division-wide resources is required to address plant maintenance resources. Drive lessons learned activities across functions to improve maintenance performance.
