Summary: Cooper Standard is an automotive company seeking an Intern to join their CAE team in Northville, MI. This role involves supporting the team with CAE technology, focusing on virtual validation and automation processes in automotive testing. Responsibilities: - The candidate will write Python code to search and organize results from multiple databases - Will Create a GUI search engine to extract pertinent data from databases - Will utilize machine learning to filter data using Python code - Create algorithm to train AI to search databases for relevant data - Will be collecting data from Lab test request system and organizing data into a readable format to create SN Curves - May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description Required Qualifications: - 2nd or 3rd year level student - Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer sciences at university with a minimum 2.8 GPA - Can work remotely, may require an occasional on-site meeting (very infrequent) - Python Programming experience is a must - Basic knowledge and understanding of databases Preferred Qualifications: - AI and machine learning experience preferred Required Skills: Python Programming Important Skills: AI, Machine Learning, Database Knowledge
