Cooper Farms is hiring a 3rd shift Turkey Loader team member at our Loadout facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.80/hour
• Increase to $19.15/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Sunday through Thursday
  • 6:00pm-2:00am

What You'll Do

• Follow animal handling guidelines when moving/loading turkeys
• Follow all biosecurity practices and SOPs as they relate to the position
• Ensure all equipment and boots are disinfected after every flock
• Leave the barn in the same condition it was prior to arrival

No experience required. Training is provided.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Must be a self starter, be able to work alongside a team, and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail
