What You'll Do

Responsible for the application engineering, programming, troubleshooting, start-up, and check-out of assigned installed projects including small to medium projects that are less complex. Individuals work shall be in accordance with the established quality standards.
This role is an embedded technical support contact for our customer and is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction with installed building security systems (access, video and security).
Ensures projects are effectively executed to budgeted cost and time schedules.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. Participate in a periodic on call rotation and flex schedule

What You’ll Need

• Proven knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to building security systems.
• Advanced programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.
• Certification in Software House C-Cure and Genetec systems.
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools).
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); basic networking & IT skills.

The salary / hourly range for this position is $34.32 to $50.00 USD
