Job Description
Summary: Convene Hospitality Group operates a global portfolio of lifestyle brands focused on creating places and experiences that bring people together. The Associate Digital Product Manager will support the execution of NeueHouse’s digital products for internal teams and external audiences, contributing to broader corporate technology initiatives and managing projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product vision and support the development of the roadmap for NeueHouse’s customer-facing and internal tools
- Identify opportunities to optimize the user journey across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty stages
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements; balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to align on priorities, communicate product vision, and ensure smooth execution across teams
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements
- Contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and quarterly goals
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Track, and analyze KPIs in order to evaluate product success or opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research in order to help evaluate software options for various needs
Required Qualifications:
- Previous analytical experience, including a background in data science and/or analytics
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working with agile tools, such as Jira
- Apply prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) to ensure product decisions align with business goals
- Comfortable documenting requirements, decisions, and roadmaps in tools like Confluence or Google Workspace
- Understanding of financial metrics (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, customer acquisition cost, and ROI)
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Experience with both user-facing and non-user-facing products
- Ability to balance long-term goals with short-term priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Outcome oriented creative problem solver who can identify real obstacles and viable solutions, and works collaboratively to articulate and achieve desired outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, CSPO)
- Knowledge with documentation of tools like Confluence Google Workspace
