Are you interested in shaping the future of ContiTech together with a great team? jobDescription As a team member of the Group Sector Central Function Technology of ContiTech, you will be globally responsible for defining, governing, and evolving end-to-end solution architectures across digital products, internal applications, and smart factory initiatives. You ensure global alignment, harmonization, scalability, and reusability of solution designs, enabling business value creation through robust, secure, and future-proof architectures. You act as principal owner for Web and Mobile solutions, including scalable AI-enabled solution architectures, definition and governance of agentic architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks, bridging business requirements and advanced AI-driven technology execution across platforms and domains. You Are expert level consultant for end-to-end solution architecture, covering business, application, data, integration, cloud, and AI architecture aspects Own and drive AI-scalable solution architectures for Web and Mobile applications, including agentic frameworks, autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration patterns Define and govern architectural standards, principles, and reference architectures for AI-enabled digital solutions in alignment with ContiTech Technology strategy and Enterprise IT architecture Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs, including AI-assisted and agent-driven user experiences Ensure architectural consistency and reuse by promoting common platforms, services, APIs, AI components, and orchestration layers Provide architectural guidance and quality assurance across the full solution lifecycle, from ideation and PoC to rollout and operation Closely collaborate with Enterprise IT architects, AI/Data Science teams, platform owners, product owners, and cybersecurity to ensure compliant and production-ready AI solutions Identify architectural risks related to scalability, AI governance, security, and technical debt, and proactively drive mitigation measures Evaluate emerging technologies in agentic AI, LLM-based systems, orchestration frameworks, and AI platforms, and drive innovation through architectural PoCs Support strategic initiatives by assessing solution feasibility, cost, complexity, AI maturity, and long-term sustainability qualifications Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields Professional Experience More than 7 years of experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or complex IT system design Proven experience designing scalable Web and Mobile architectures, including cloud-native and distributed systems Strong knowledge of AI-enabled architectures, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and data platforms Experience with agentic AI concepts, orchestration patterns, and integration of AI/ML components into digital products Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management Track record of working in complex, global, and cross-functional environments Experience in agile and hybrid delivery models with internal and external partners Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical thinking, structuring capability, and problem-solving mindset additionalInformation You are Able to explain complex solution and AI architecture concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Acting with high intercultural sensitivity in a global organization Collaborative, pragmatic, and convinced that architectural alignment and reuse are key drivers for speed and efficiency Passionate about scalable architectures, AI-driven solutions, and technology excellence Continuously up to date with trends in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, cloud platforms, and digital solution design Ready to drive with Continental?
