Job Description

• Collect, enter, and validate data in company databases and software applications using standard office equipment and computer systems.
• Support the analysis and calculation of production equipment capacity based on customer requirements and production needs.
• Assist in the administration and management of industrialization preparation tools and equipment.
• Prepare and package small-weight boxes and support shipment activities through courier service providers.
• Coordinate the transport of materials and packages to and from shipping points, following safety requirements. For packages exceeding 5 kg, appropriate handling equipment (trolleys) must be used.
• Apply inventory identification labels to production equipment using manual and powered hand tools.
• Identify and verify production equipment based on inventory numbers and equipment location.
• Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and equipment documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other maintenance-related activities as assigned.
• Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Engineering, Technical Studies, Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic technical understanding and interest in manufacturing and maintenance activities.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• English-medium level
