To foster a high-performance environment  

Oversee end-to-end HR Operations across compliance & policy  

To ensure seamless workforce management.  

Formulated Strategic HR Plan & Annual Budgets  With business performance reviews.  

Front-end C-Level Collaborations  For successful manpower planning, resourcing and expansion management.  

Spearhead Leadership Development Plan.  

For succession planning, and performance management frameworks.  

Workforce Optimization Management  

To drive organizational transformation, headcount planning  

budgeting  

Statutory Compliance Management  

Employee Engagement &  Retention  

Drive Day-to-Day HR Operations  

Culminating in monthly operating reports, monthly and quarterly MIS  

management reports/dashboards  

Headcount, manpower cost and attrition analysis,  

Preferred candidate profile

MBA with 15 yrs of Experience required

Preferably from healthcare
