We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Tires business in Brazil and Mercosur (plant and sales operations). This role is responsible for ensuring the financial and fiscal health of the legal entity, aligned with Group strategy and governance standards.
You will oversee Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Customs, acting as a key business partner to support strategic decision-making and drive performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance function (Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Customs) across Brazil and Mercosur, including support to Argentina
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and risk management standards
Oversee financial planning and reporting (Actuals, Forecast, Budget), delivering accurate and timely insights to leadership
Consolidate and analyze regional performance to support strategic decision-making
Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance, including audits and corrective actions
Drive tax optimization and support import/export efficiency
Define and execute finance strategy aligned with business objectives
Partner with key stakeholders across the business, including procurement and leadership teams
Manage contracts, insurance, and real estate topics
Maintain relationships with government authorities and industry associations
qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related fields
Solid experience in Finance
Experience in leadership roles, managing teams
Strong background in:
Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling
Compliance and internal controls
Financial and management reporting
Experience in multinational companies and matrix organizations
Fluency in English
