Summary: Constellation Brands is a leader in the beer, wine, and spirits industry, known for its iconic brands. The Financial Analyst role supports the Beer Division’s Supply Chain by providing financial insights into business performance, including management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. Responsibilities: - Support month-end close activities, including consolidation and processing of monthly and quarterly journal entries, and resolution of system issues - Support development of the monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range plan for Transportation and Warehousing through partnership with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure financial estimates and targets appropriately reflect strategic initiatives and current trends - Support creation, production, and distribution of stakeholder management reporting; reviewing results with business partners to provide variance analysis vs. annual plan and to proactively define potential risks - Partner with Transportation and Warehousing teams to provide financial analysis and decision support for contract negotiations and capital expenditure projects - Support cost accounting process for total division COGS (annual standard creation) and support the Master Data Management team in set-up and testing of new items and new locations - Support various ad-hoc requests from the finance leadership team Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business (Finance/Accounting) - 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Consulting required - Advanced Excel skills (Power Query/Pivot, Power BI, Xlookup, etc.) - System Adaptability - SAP S4 HANA & OneStream experience required - Highly motivated, change-oriented, and demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written - Strong financial acumen - Continuous improvement mindset – ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies Preferred Qualifications: - Previous exposure to Supply Chain and CPG industry preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish - CPG firm experience preferred Required Skills: Advanced Excel skills, SAP S4 HANA, OneStream experience Important Skills: Financial acumen, Supply Chain experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Change-oriented mindset, Continuous improvement mindset, Bilingual English/Spanish Benefits: Product Allowance so you can kick back and relax with Constellation’s awesome products., Summer hours where we have half days on Fridays., Tuition Reimbursement up to $10,000/year so you can continue feeding your brain., Ongoing learning opportunities, development experiences, and mentorship programs., Occasional team building meetups., 160 hours of PTO with 13 paid holidays., Life/Work Balance?
