Summary: Constellation Brands is seeking an Intern for their Talent Development & Enablement team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent enablement, learning initiatives, and collaborate on HR processes and leadership development programming. Responsibilities: - Participate in and support strategic HR initiatives - Assist with survey and data, analysis, modeling, and reporting - Assist in competency assessments, activating training plans, and development of communications for various projects - Assist with development of training materials and supporting the learning/user adoption objectives of various functional and skills-based initiatives Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, and Human Resources - MS Office, Camtasia or Articulate Storyline a plus - Ability to work independently and to learn new concepts quickly - Strong focus on quality and timely work - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills - Prefer strong Excel skills to assist with ideas on reporting and templates for training and competency data - Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs - Ability to travel within the United States Required Skills: Data analysis, Training development Important Skills: MS Office, Excel skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Verbal communication, Written communication, Problem solving, Independent work
