Summary: Conning is a leading global investment management firm with a long history of serving the insurance industry. They are seeking motivated interns to join their summer internship program, where interns will support the production of client reports and presentations for Asset Management clients and consultants, while gaining hands-on experience and professional development. Responsibilities: - Supporting the production of timely and accurate client reports/presentations for Asset Management clients and consultants - Compiling reports and documents from several different sources, including commentary from managers, and ensuring all materials are thoroughly proofread, consistent, and analyzed for accuracy between the various sources - Partnering with portfolio managers, portfolio assistants, and accountants to gather the required financial data, determine the most effective report formats, and help maintain the client reports and analytical data associated with those reports Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field) - Intermediate/advanced Excel skills strongly desired (e.g., VLOOKUP, formulas, linking, macros) - Intermediate PowerPoint skills strongly desired - Proven ability to proofread and apply proper grammar - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy - Ability to independently conduct research and meet strict deadlines - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications: - Coding experience (coursework acceptable) - Interest in graphic design Required Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Proofreading, Grammar, Analytical skills, Research
