Summary: ConnectiveRx is dedicated to simplifying the prescription process for patients and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The Level of Effort (LOE) intern will support the LOE team by working on business assignments and projects while gaining hands-on insights and training in key business principles and procedures. Responsibilities: - Works on assignments in support of the LOE and/or Sales Operations Team(s) to support a program, group, or the function - Work on assigned business problem project as assigned by LOE Team Management - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Active College Student who has completed their sophomore year of college - High School degree required - Must be pursuing a degree in a business, marketing, accounting, or other business-related field - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Organized - Responsive - Meticulous - Team oriented - Effective planner - Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with ConnectiveRx's Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA - Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws Preferred Qualifications: - Business experience preferred, but not required Required Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SOC1 compliance, SOC2 compliance, PCI compliance, HIPAA compliance, Responsive, Meticulous, Effective planner Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) plan, with employer contributions where applicable, Flexible paid time off (PTO) policy, Eight standard company holidays, Three floating holidays annually
