Job Description
Summary: Connected Cannabis Co. is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sacramento, specializing in breeding, growing, manufacturing, and distributing top-shelf cannabis. The Assembly Specialist will be responsible for performing organizational and physical tasks involved in finished goods assemblies, serving as a bridge between production inventory and digital transfer into the ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all assemblies from in-house production at MC including support personnel
- Receive all soft good orders in Acumatica and verify amounts
- Assist with soft good cycle counts
- Oversee the physical stocking of FGI in the warehouse
- Assist with BOM changes in Accumatica as new soft goods become available
- Fill in as a backup receiving associate to support current personnel
- Organize and communicate bulk biomass quantities with Supply Chain (LTB/STB, LSTB for prerolls)
- Assist with monitoring soft goods consumption
- Perform duties as an alternate fulfillment associate when needed
- Perform duties as a Quality Control associate when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of distribution experience specific to the shipping/outbound function
- Willingness to learn about Connected products and understand the industry
- Knowledge of software applications that allow for effective customer support, generation of reports and internal presentations
- Ability to identify and document problems related to the product, process, or quality and recommend solutions
- Self sufficient, is able to work with limited or no direction; can take initiative and provide the team with direction
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment, maintain composure in high stress situations and prioritize deadlines
- High school or equivalent
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires normal hearing range
