HR Consultant (Onsite) at Connect Search in West Point, MS

Job Title: HR Consultant
Pay: $23–28 an hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, employee files, policy acknowledgments, and other personnel documentation.
• Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, posting job openings, and assisting with the hiring process.
• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems and ensure personnel records are accurate, organized, and confidential.
• Assist employees with routine HR questions regarding company policies, benefits, timekeeping, and other employment-related matters.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related activities while maintaining the HR calendar and tracking important deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, tracking employee information, and assisting with special projects as needed.
