Early Talent Intern | Skillbridge at Confluent in Austin, TX

They are seeking an Early Talent Intern to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent operations, and program management while contributing to various projects and initiatives within the team. Responsibilities: - Partner seamlessly with the recruiting team to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all interns by facilitating smooth communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a brand ambassador - Help maintain candidate databases and tracking systems, supporting data accuracy and reporting - Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and intern program data to inform future hiring strategies - Run in-person and virtual events for our North America internship program as the team’s on-the-ground point of contact - Support onboarding sessions, social events, and mentorship activities and track intern participation and engagement metrics - Contribute to the creation of engaging content aimed at attracting campus talent - Assist with intern spotlights and storytelling initiatives - Maintain wiki pages, onboarding resources, and intern program materials - Support documentation of recruiting workflows and program playbooks - Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to recruiting and program processes Required Qualifications: - Active duty service members who are enrolled in the Skillbridge program or are looking for a Skillbridge internship only - Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated leadership and involvement in campus organizations or student activities - Able to execute a program plan with clear deliverables, timelines, and strategies - Strong time-management and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and stay organized - Detail-oriented, responsive, and quick to learn new tools and processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach Required Skills: Data analysis, Project management Important Skills: Leadership experience
