Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Creamy Cake Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing and decorating premium customized cakes while maintaining high standards of quality, creativity, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Creamy cake covering expert, fast
• Prepare and decorate customized signature cakes according to customer requirements.
• Work with fondant, buttercream, ganache, edible prints, and other cake decorating techniques.
• Create premium wedding, birthday, corporate, and celebration cakes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage cake production to meet daily orders and delivery schedules.
• Assist in inventory management and report ingredient requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Cake Chef or Cake Decorator.
• Experience in premium customized cake decoration is required.
• Knowledge of baking, frosting, fondant work, and cake finishing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about cake artistry.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
