E-COMMERCE CONTENT SPECIALIST at Confidential in Redmond, WA

• Support in the management of online product presentation and overall business development.
• Execute product setup of major brands across multiple retailers in an effective manner. Product setup is completed via spreadsheet, in vendor specific portal, etc.
• Support in creating standards that will land with catalog and product data operations center of excellence team for day-to-day support in all the relevant systems
• Build and execute project management plans as directed by supervisor.
• Build relationship with major supplier teams to improve communication and workflow.
• Maintain regular communication with internal NWS online retailer management teams.
• Stay current on the major online retailer’s latest developments/best practices.
• Ability to resolve complaints and manage issues by improving internal processes.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for workflow/reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal NWS teams and superiors to facilitate/improve the work and processes set in place for major online retailers.

• Ensure data quality integrity is met on all work completed by oneself.
• Strong efficiency in excel to maintain accurate records and tracking systems for workflow/reporting purposes.

• Site auditing by oneself to ensure submissions are populating as needed.
• Reporting and auditing work by oneself to ensure product detail page standards are met.
• Work directly with NWS content team to ensure team is adding images and video to detail pages in timely manner.
• Continued effort to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Assist sales and marketing team in successfully executing the overall business plan.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Other related duties as assigned by company.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years’ experience with online data management.
• Strong level of Excel - Experience with macros and formulas.
• Experience with product master data and/or experience and functional knowledge of systems within the business that would be (generating a quote, account management, asset management, product mangement).
• Experience in online vendor portals is a bonus.
• Experience in any retail setting is a bonus.
• The ability to make logical decisions in a timely manner.
• Strong professionalism in all business communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
