WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're not looking for someone who just changes parts. We're looking for technicians who can DIAGNOSE, REPAIR, AND PRODUCE. Ideal candidates have: - 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred - Dealership experience strongly preferred - Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills - Experience with engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and drivability repairs - Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently - Experience using professional diagnostic equipment - Ability to consistently produce billed labor hours - Own professional tools - Valid driver's license - ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus Master Technicians, A-Level Technicians, and experienced dealership technicians are strongly encouraged to apply!
