About StoryGen

StoryGen (storygen.agency) is a growing B2B lead generation agency that helps SaaS and technology companies generate predictable sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. We build, manage, and optimize cold calling and outbound outreach programs that connect our clients with qualified decision-makers.

As our client portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager who can combine client success, sales leadership, and campaign execution to deliver measurable results.

If you enjoy coaching people, solving operational challenges, and helping clients achieve their growth goals, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll own the success of multiple outbound campaigns while acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.

You'll collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Operations, and leadership to ensure every campaign launches successfully, stays on track, and continues improving through data, coaching, and strategic optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client relationships, sales performance, process improvement, and outbound strategy in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead campaign onboarding by aligning ICPs, messaging, scripts, goals, and launch plans.
• Coach and develop BDRs through onboarding, call reviews, one-on-one coaching, and continuous performance feedback.
• Monitor campaign performance including meetings booked, conversion rates, call quality, and other key outbound metrics.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans that improve both individual and team results.
• Build strong client relationships through onboarding calls, weekly meetings, strategic reviews, and ongoing communication.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to messaging, targeting, workflows, and outbound strategy.
• Write and refine cold calling scripts, objection handling frameworks, email sequences, and sales messaging.
• Partner with the List Building team to ensure prospect lists accurately reflect each client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Collaborate with Operations and internal teams to improve systems, processes, and overall campaign execution.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of hands-on B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, or managing SDRs/BDRs with a focus on improving performance.
• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, or Business Development within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales, including cold calling, cold email, prospecting strategy, and ICP development.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create effective cold call scripts and outbound messaging.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience working with remote teams and CRM/sales tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Coda, Calendly, Nooks, Aircall, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

What We Offer

• USD $1,500/month base pay + performance-based commission
• Fully remote work with an international team
• Opportunity to lead client strategy and directly influence campaign success
• Career advancement opportunities as StoryGen continues to grow
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
