Job Description

To supervise export container loading operations by ensuring timely, safe, and accurate loading in accordance with the approved loading plan, customer requirements, and company SOPs while maximizing productivity and maintaining loading quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily export container loading activities and ensure adherence to approved loading plans.
• Ensure accurate loading of finished goods according to customer requirements, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with FG Warehouse, Inventory, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely container loading.
• Verify product quantities, carton markings, packaging conditions, and loading accuracy before dispatch.
• Ensure proper utilization of container space while maintaining product safety and loading quality.
• Monitor loading teams and ensure productivity targets and shipment deadlines are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures, company SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
• Report loading discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain loading records and ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Ensure containers are loaded safely, securely, and within the scheduled time.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in export container loading and finished goods warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory handling, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage loading teams and meet shipment deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, loading quality, and operational procedures.

Location: Site Phase II, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Near Super Highway, Karachi.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Relevant : 3 years (Preferred)
• Container Loading: 3 years (Required)
