Summary: ConductorOne is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. As a Software Engineering Intern, you will help build the future of identity security automation by contributing to product development and collaborating with the engineering team. Responsibilities: - Contribute to product development - Implement new features or improvements in the company’s core application or platform - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of a mentor - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high product quality - Collaborate with the engineering team - Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers in agile sprints - Join standups, retros, and team syncs to share progress and blockers - Learn best practices for version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and code deployment - Gain hands-on experience with the startup’s tech stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, Go, Python, GraphQL, Kubernetes, etc.) - Experiment with APIs, cloud services, and developer tools used in production systems - Write or update documentation for new features, endpoints, or workflows - Capture learnings in internal wikis or knowledge bases for future onboarding - Help expand automated test coverage (unit, integration, or end-to-end) - Participate in QA and release validation for new versions of the product - Attend technical deep-dives, brown-bag sessions, or intern-focused learning events - Seek and incorporate feedback from mentors and peers to improve coding skills Required Qualifications: - Have experience with Go and in developing software - Want to work on meaningful projects - Love to learn! - Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment - Enjoys collaborating across product, design, and engineering on development - Is aligned to our company values: Earn the Customer's Trust, Embrace Change, Practice Compassionate Candor, and Be the Conductor - Takes ownership over the quality of the entire product and experience Required Skills: Go, React, TypeScript Important Skills: Python, Kubernetes, GraphQL Nice-to-Have Skills: Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, Automated testing, Collaboration, Documentation
