Pay: $19.75 - $24.75 per hour

Paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues

Option 2 – $3,500 Sign-On Bonus + Additional PTO

$3,500 sign-on bonus paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues 5 additional PTO days provided upon hire (available after the first 90 days of successful employment) After 90 days, begin accruing 3 weeks of PTO per year instead of 2 weeks

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, and bladder/bowel management Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning, and positioning Documenting care provided Answering resident call bells and responding promptly to resident needs
