What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatments Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate Help patients achieve greater independence and quality of life What We’re Looking For Current Michigan SLP license CCC-SLP preferred ASHA certification preferred Strong communication and clinical skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Join Concept Rehab?
