Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of physical security personnel (guards, officers, contractors).
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and local regulations.
• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security equipment.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of facilities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Prepare incident reports, shift reports, and security documentation.
• Train, coach, and evaluate security staff performance.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Support investigations related to security breaches, theft, or incidents.
• Identify security risks and recommend preventive or corrective measures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in physical security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Strong understanding of safety and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
