Job Description
Summary: Conair LLC is seeking an HR People Analytics Intern to work directly with the CHRO on high-visibility projects that shape the organization’s talent strategy. This role involves data analysis, research, and strategic HR support, providing hands-on experience across HR functions while contributing to workforce insights and HR process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help leaders understand workforce trends and make data‑driven decisions
- Assist in developing KPIs and metrics that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Conduct research on HR best practices, benchmarking, and emerging trends in people analytics
- Partner with the CHRO on special projects related to organizational development, culture, and employee experience
- Help evaluate HR processes and recommend improvements using data‑supported insights
- Contribute to HR activities such as data audits, reporting, and documentation
- Help maintain accuracy and integrity of HR systems and employee data
- Support the coordination of HR programs, surveys, and communication efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Curiosity about people, organizational behavior, and how data shapes HR strategy
- Excellent communication skills — able to present information clearly in both written and visual formats
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive, resourceful attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Interest in HR technology, workforce trends, and emerging analytics practices
- You should be a current college student, entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2026
- The internship program will run from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Interns will work Monday through Friday on a 37.5-hour work week schedule, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
- We require candidates to maintain excellent academic standing
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is a must
- As part of our hybrid work model, interns are in the office Monday – Thursday and can work remotely on Friday. Please note that Conair does not provide housing for summer interns
