The Associate - Data & Analytics Analyst will leverage data analytics platforms to perform large-scale data analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business insights and recommendations. Responsibilities: - Leverage the Enterprise Data Analytics Platform in performing large-scale data analyses, as well as the development of predictive models including machine learning to drive business insights - Work extensively with key stakeholders across business analytics teams to understand business needs, vet opportunities, and deliver analytics-based recommendations to drive action - Deliver presentations to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical peers, stakeholders, and executives - Collaborate with key ED&A team members in deploying and delivering solutions into the Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform - Collaborate with other data scientists to define and develop advanced analytics capabilities, policies, and best practices; evangelize analytics and communicate these best practices across the enterprise - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop deliverables and present insights - Communicate regularly, openly, and honestly with manager, team leads, team members and business partners using appropriate and effective methods.
