Brand Ambassador at Comvita in Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand

Are you passionate about wellbeing, sustainability, and natural health? We are a leading global health and wellness brand, and are on the lookout for Brand Ambassador to join our team at our flagship premium retail store in Auckland.

The role is a blend of retail and tourism where we share the pleasure, craft, science and story of our honey with guests at the Comvita Wellness Lab. Through the delivery of a unique customer experience, as well as superior customer service and retail services, we ensure every visitor has a full sensory and memorable experience. You will contribute to the overall performance of the Wellness Lab and will join small and passionate team.

• Due to the nature of our business and store, we need someone who can be relatively flexible with their work pattern as the days and hours of work will likely change seasonally.
• Current hours of work are 10am - 5pm.
• The rostered days currently available are Tuesday to Saturday OR Thursday to Monday.

About you We would like for you to have;

• At least one year of experience in customer services, retail, hospitality or tourism.
• Knowledge of Te Reo Māori and tikanga, and/or proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean, would be highly regarded. We value the ability to build positive relationships and effectively engage with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Ability to hold an audience through presenting/storytelling and a natural confidence in dealing with people.
• Ability to work with people of all ages, including children.
• A passion for nature and natural health.
