Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on development and implementation experience to design, develop, configure, and customize enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and solutions.
• Work on Enterprise Domain Separation and ServiceNow architecture.
• Hands-on experience across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITBM, Data Integration, and HR modules.
• Develop workflow automations using Flow Designer, JavaScript, and Glide API.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Work on SSO/Okta integrations and enterprise authentication.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and widgets.
• Participate in end-to-end implementations requirement gathering, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills

5–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience
Strong experience in ITSM, CMDB & CSM
Hands-on Domain Separation / Enterprise Domain Separation experience
Strong JavaScript & Glide API knowledge
Experience with Flow Designer / Workflows
Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience
Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture
Experience with SSO / Okta
CSA – ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – Mandatory
CAD – ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – Mandatory

Good to Have

• ITBM experience
• HR/HRSD experience
• Data Integration
• ServiceNow dashboards, reports & widgets
• End-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience
• Enterprise application integration experience
