Multimedia Content Specialist (part-time)

Overview: The Multimedia Content Specialist is responsible for bringing the ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) brand, member impact stories, clinical expertise, and healthcare outcomes to life through video, digital content, and website storytelling. This role supports marketing, sales enablement, and communications initiatives by transforming real-world healthcare stories into engaging content that showcases the value and impact of CCS services for health plans, providers, and members. Responsibilities include video production, website content development, social media storytelling, and content optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Video Production & Storytelling
- Produce and edit videos featuring member success stories, clinician experiences, and organizational impact.
- Transform recordings, interviews, testimonials, and written narratives into polished visual stories.
- Refresh and modernize existing video content to align with CCS branding and messaging.
- Develop clinician-focused content such as "Day in the Life" videos and impact-driven storytelling pieces.
- Source and integrate stock imagery, motion graphics, music, captions, and voiceovers.
Website & Digital Content
- Update and optimize website content, including member stories, case studies, service pages, and thought leadership content.
- Repurpose existing stories and marketing assets into compelling website experiences.
- Assist with content organization, content audits, and ongoing website enhancements.
- Collaborate on SEO-friendly content and digital storytelling initiatives.
Social Media & Marketing Content
- Create video and visual content for LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels.
- Support campaign development through graphics, video snippets, animations, and story-based content.
- Repurpose website, case study, and member-impact content into social-ready formats.
Creative & Content Development
- Recommend creative approaches and storytelling frameworks for member and customer narratives.
- Help identify new opportunities to showcase CCS impact through multimedia content.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on content strategy, messaging, and audience engagement.
General
- Maintain compliance with CCS’s policies, procedures and mission statement.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as always outlined within ComplexCare Solutions’ Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in video editing, multimedia production, content marketing, or digital storytelling.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently develop creative concepts from raw content and minimal direction.
- Experience supporting website content management and digital marketing initiatives preferred.
- Healthcare, healthcare technology, or mission-driven organization experience preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
