Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of the caf, workstations, and equipment.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Operate coffee machines and other caf equipment safely.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
