Summary: Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join their growing team in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of the community.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong local relationships and serve the insurance needs of your community
- Develop a strong local network and foster lasting, in-person relationships

Required Qualifications:
- Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with the ability to understand insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with lead generation and customer base growth preferred
