As a Business Support Coordinator in the Children's and Young People Services (CYP) in the Integrated Front Door (IFD), you’ll work with colleagues, partners, and communities to build trust, share ideas, and deliver services that make a lasting impact.

Your role and responsibilities
You will
- manage and accurately record sensitive safeguarding information
- gather and collate intelligence from partner agencies (Police, Health, Education)
- maintain high-quality, compliant data systems
- respond to enquiries promptly and ensure urgent concerns are escalated
- support clear communication across a busy multidisciplinary team
- help coordinate information sharing between agencies
- arrange and support multi-agency meetings
- track actions and follow up on key tasks
- ensure processes align with safeguarding and data protection standards
- monitor deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
- assist with real-time updates during high-priority cases
You will need
- to be highly organised and efficient with strong administrative skills
- to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- to be a great communicator with excellent attention to detail
- to be confident in handling sensitive and confidential information
- experience of Microsoft office systems
- passionate about supporting services that protect children and young people
