They are seeking a Finance Intern to assist with sales order bookings, revenue recognition, and AR collections while collaborating with various teams within the company. Responsibilities: - Worldwide sales order bookings - Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition - Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings - AR Collections – Contacting customers via phone to query payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with query resolution - Professional services billing and revenue recognition - Sending invoices for timely payment - Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault - Support AR Collections Team 80% and Revenue Team 20% Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance - Minimum 20 hours/week during summer and continued into the school year - Ability to work both as a team and independently - Excellent communication skills both written and oral - High attention to detail and accuracy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work flexible/more hours on month-end and quarter-ends to meet deadlines - Strong desire to grow within the team Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce.com knowledge preferred but not required - NetSuite knowledge preferred but not required Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Collections, Independence
