Finance Intern at Commvault in Remote

Summary: Commvault is a leader in cyber resilience, empowering customers to recover from cyberattacks and keep data safe. They are seeking an intern to join their Finance team, where the intern will assist with sales order bookings, accounts receivable collections, and support various financial functions. Responsibilities: - Worldwide sales order bookings - Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition - Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings - AR Collections – Contacting customers via phone to query payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with query resolution - Professional services billing and revenue recognition - Sending invoices for timely payment - Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault - Support AR Collections Team 80% and Revenue Team 20% Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in Accounting/Finance - Minimum 20 hours/week during summer and continued into the school year - Ability to work both as a team and independently - Excellent communication skills both written and oral - High attention to detail and accuracy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work flexible/more hours on month-end and quarter-ends to meet deadlines - Strong desire to grow within the team Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce.com knowledge - NetSuite knowledge Required Skills: Accounting/Finance degree, Microsoft Office Important Skills: Salesforce.com knowledge, NetSuite knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills: Teamwork ability, Independent work ability, Desire to grow
