Job Description

Part Time Evening Trash Collector – Valet Trash Porter | Raleigh, NC 27609

Got a pickup truck and a free evening? Turn it into steady weekly income. Community Concierge Services is hiring part time Trash Collectors (Porters) to run doorstep valet trash routes at an apartment community in Raleigh, NC. This evening job pays $30 to $45 per night.

Open routes:

• Route 1, North Raleigh: Friday and Sunday from 6 PM. $45 per night. About 2.5 hours.
• Route 2, Cary (about 12 miles away): Sunday through Thursday from 7 PM. $30 per night. About 1 hour 15 minutes.

What makes this side hustle different:

• Quick shifts, real pay – routes average about 1 hour 15 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on route
• A schedule you can plan around – North Raleigh route Friday and Sunday beginning at 6PM; Cary route Sunday through Thursday beginning at 7PM, until your route is complete
• Paid training – no prior experience needed to start
• Paid holidays and a clear path to advancement for reliable porters
• Work solo – no register, no customers, no supervisor over your shoulder

A night on the route:

Each evening, you'll arrive at your assigned apartment community and collect bagged trash and recycling that residents set outside their doors. Expect plenty of stairs and steps - this is an active, on-your-feet role. You'll load the bags into the bed of your truck, drive them to the property's compactor or dumpsters, and head home. Simple, repeatable, and done before most people finish their evening TV show.

Requirements to apply:

• Open-bed pickup truck for hauling collected trash on the property
• Smartphone with an active data plan for check-ins and route updates
• Physical ability to carry up to 50 lbs unassisted and handle stairs nightly
• Dependable evening availability on a set weekly schedule: Friday and Sunday from 6PM (Raleigh) or Sunday–Thursday from 7PM (Cary), until completion
