Summary: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking an Integration Services Intern to join their team in supporting enterprise integration platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in application support, troubleshooting, and technical documentation while working under the guidance of senior engineers and analysts. Responsibilities: - Support the administration and ongoing improvement of enterprise integration platforms (MFT, Online Report Viewing, and API Services) - Assist with onboarding new customers by gathering and documenting requirements, performing configuration tasks, and supporting customer testing - Troubleshoot and help resolve customer-reported issues - Collaborate with engineers and business analysts to deliver secure and reliable solutions - Participate in daily operational support and project work as needed Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate (May 2026 graduation date) - Ability to pass a Massachusetts Criminal Background Check (CORI) - Ability to pass a security clearance (fingerprinting) consistent with IRS and/or public safety requirements - Ability to complete security training Preferred Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Results-oriented with strong customer service mindset - Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP concepts), file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Required Skills: API Services, Managed File Transfer, Cloud Platforms Important Skills: Analytical Skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Customer Service Mindset Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits
